With over 25 years of experience, he brings deep expertise across executive search, leadership advisory, and entrepreneurship. Prior to Indusion, he co-founded an executive search firm and earlier worked in a financial-sector focused advertising and consulting firm, building strong foundations in client advisory and business strategy.
Ajit is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Indusion Consulting, having co-founded the firm in 2007. He brings over 25 years of experience spanning executive search and financial services. Prior to Indusion, Ajit worked in investment banking with Credit Suisse First Boston and Credit Lyonnais Securities, where he developed strong expertise in financial markets, client advisory, and relationship management.
Suvarna is Chief Operating Officer at Indusion Consulting and has been part of the firm’s leadership since its inception in 2007. She oversees firm-wide strategy, operating model design, and long-term capability building. Earlier, she led leadership mandates across multiple financial services verticals. Prior to Indusion, Suvarna spent over a decade at Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd., and holds a postgraduate degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
Archana is a Partner at Indusion Consulting and joined the firm in 2011. She advises founder-led, high-growth businesses and large corporate groups on senior leadership hiring and organisation design. Her sector coverage includes clean energy, real estate, management consulting, and select industrials. Prior to Indusion, Archana worked with GLG, Citi Financial, and ICICI Prudential, and holds an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta.
Poonam is a Partner at Indusion Consulting and joined the firm in 2012. Based out of Gurgaon, she leads the firm’s work for the region. She brings over 28 years of executive search experience across Financial Services, ITeS, Media, and Healthcare, along with extensive assessment centre expertise. Prior to Indusion, she began her career at Executive Access and was part of the founding team at Quadrangle and Footprints.
Shilpa is a Partner at Indusion Consulting and joined the firm in 2009. She focuses on leadership hiring across Wealth & Asset Management and Consumer Finance. Prior to Indusion, she spent 15 years as a senior banker with ING Bank (India & UK), erstwhile ABN Amro Bank N.V., and Edelweiss, building deep expertise across wealth, retail, and investment-led banking platforms, and holds a degree in law.
Smita is a Partner at Indusion Consulting and joined the firm in 2007. She leads coverage across Sell-Side Equities and Advisory, Private Equity, Asset Management, and Alternative Investments. With over 18 years at Indusion, she has delivered several marquee leadership searches and built a market-leading practice. Prior to Indusion, Smita worked as an Equity Analyst at Motilal Oswal Securities and Zacks Investment Research, and is a CFA charterholder.
Yogesh Srivastava is a Partner at Indusion Consulting and joined the firm in 2026. He brings over three decades of experience from senior HR and leadership roles across global and Indian organisations. At Indusion, he strengthens executive search and leadership advisory, working closely with boards and senior management. Previously, he held senior positions at Deutsche Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mizuho Bank India, Ernst & Young, and the Tata Group, and holds an MBA from SIBM, Pune.
Aditya is an Executive Director at Indusion Consulting and joined the firm in 2022. He brings over 15 years of experience across debt and equity capital markets. At Indusion, he focuses on leadership hiring across Wholesale Banking, NBFCs, Debt Capital Markets, and Credit Funds, with emphasis on real estate and infrastructure financing. Prior to Indusion, he worked with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, IDFC First Bank, and Darashaw, and holds an MBA from Goa Institute of Management.
Chetan is an Executive Director at Indusion Consulting and joined the firm in 2020. He leads the Technology & Digital, Consumer Finance, and Insurance practices and specializes in senior mandates for CTOs, product leaders, and business heads within founder-led and PE-backed environments. Prior to Indusion, he held leadership roles at Hector & Streak, FutureStep (Korn Ferry), and Sapphire Human Solutions.
Rainna is an Executive Director at Indusion Consulting and joined the firm in 2023. She heads the Global Markets vertical and Central Functions practice, bringing over 20 years of executive search experience within financial services. Her work spans banks, NBFCs, wealth and asset managers, and funds. Previously, she was with Heidrick & Struggles, Options Group, Executive Access, and Execuzen Consultants, and holds an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management.
Divya is an Associate Director at Indusion Consulting and joined the firm in 2026. She brings two decades of operating experience in banking, with leadership roles at AU Small Finance Bank, HDFC Bank, and IndusInd Bank. Her background includes P&L ownership, large-scale distribution leadership, and frontline business management, and is an alumna of IIM Calcutta’s Senior Management Programme.
Prasun is an Associate Director at Indusion Consulting and joined the firm in 2025. Based out of Bangalore, Prasun brings 20 years of experience across business development and go-to-market roles. He is involved in scaling Indusion’s presence in South India and works closely with founders and senior leaders on critical leadership mandates. Prior to Indusion, Prasun worked with Brickwork Ratings, YES Bank, Citi, and ICRA, and holds an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI Business School.
